The Marketing Efficiency Tool Light
Building a healthy and sustainable business is important. In order to accomplish this it is critical we understand, particularly in the early stages, that the relationship between marketing efficiency and the different expense types is both highly dynamic and directly related.
This "light" edition of the Marketing Efficiency Tool (MET) can be used to gain a general understanding of how fixed and variable expenses impact marketing scale and efficiency. The complete MET, as part of The "MOST" Methodology, provides a more developed set of tools to help gain much deeper and ongoing understanding.
To use this tool, simply enter the available data regarding sales and expenses -- note: enter variable expense as a % of revenue EXCLUDING paid media/advertising expenses, those data will be entered separately.
